Feminine Flow Ecstatic Dance

Join us for a sacred evening devoted to celebrating the divine feminine through guided meditation, light language activation, ecstatic dance, and a closing circle.

We will begin by entering a guided meditation followed by an hour of ecstatic dance. Through intuitive movement, you are invited to honor every expression of the feminine within you and allow your body to become the living passage between completion and emergence. We will conclude in a sacred circle, gathering the energy of the journey and allowing space for voluntary sharing of the experience.

Crystal soundbowls carrying the 528 Hz frequency will be woven throughout the experience to open the heart space and hold the miracle frequency for this portal. The ecstatic dance will unfold through a mindfully curated modern musical journey, intentionally selected to support the energetic arc of the experience, rather than a live DJ set.

No prior experience is necessary. There is nothing to learn, prepare, or perform—simply come as you are and allow your own expression to unfold. You are welcome to dress and adorn yourself as an expression of the goddess within.

This experience is a safe container created for women of all ages and backgrounds to gather, commune with the Self, and celebrate one another in sacred presence and movement.

Ecstatic Dance Rules:
- Please refrain from talking once the music begins.
- Photos and recording is not permitted during the event. We ask that participants please silence their phones before entry.
- This is a sober event, alcohol and substances are not permitted. Event organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to any participants who are under the influence of any drugs or alcohol.
- Participants may choose to either be barefoot or wear socks on the dancefloor, no shoes please.
- Consent is required prior to any physical contact or dancing with other participants.

Preregistration is required, max. 60 participants. Liability waiver required prior to participation (will be emailed to participants and available at event). Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person.
