Most entrepreneurs spend their time optimizing their business. Very few take the time to understand the mind running it. Your Business and Your Brain changes that.

Led by Donesa Walker, owner and executive director of LearningRx Shreveport, this half-day workshop combines brain science with real business application. You will complete a cognitive assessment and receive a personalized profile of your brain skills, including attention, memory, grit, and cognitive flexibility. From there, you will learn how to use those insights to make better decisions, identify your blind spots, delegate more effectively, and lead with greater intention.

This is not a lecture. It is an interactive experience built for people who are serious about growth, both personally and professionally.

What to expect:

A digital cognitive assessment and interpretation of your results, guided discussion on support systems and delegation, a deep dive into grit and accountability in leadership, interactive activities focused on brain balance and cognitive flexibility, lunch, and small-group mentoring to help you apply everything directly to your business.

Bring a laptop (and headphones to focus) in order to take your assessment. Your assessment begins at 9AM.
