Rest & connect in this beginner friendly yoga class. Guides students through a gentle, candlelit introduction to a daily movement practice.
Join us for a FREE community yoga class on Sunday, September 20th at Evoke Gallery. This beginner friendly yoga class is designed to be a warm introduction to a Hatha Yoga practice. In a slow-paced, one hour session students will explore foundational poses, breathwork, and meditation.
This class will test balance and focus with a series of standing poses and guided meditation cues. A consistent yoga practice can relax the nervous system, improve joint stability, and sharpen concentration.
Slow Flow Sundays aims to connect south and west side communities with movement and creative spaces. At the end of class, students are encouraged to explore the gallery, enjoy an herbal tea blend, and chat with classmates.
Please arrive 10-15 mins early and bring a yoga mat. $10 suggested donation.
