Plants For Life - 12 Weeks to a Healthier, Happier You

Join us for a 12-week journey into whole-food, plant-based eating and discover how delicious, nourishing plant foods can support your health and become part of a sustainable lifestyle.

Together, we'll explore the science behind plant-based nutrition, taste delicious foods, learn practical cooking and meal-planning tips, and connect with others who want to put more plants on their plates.

12 Weeks (no class November 15)

One registration enrolls you in all 12 weeks.

🌿 Why 12 Weeks?

Each week builds on the previous one, creating a progressive learning experience. Participants are strongly encouraged to attend all 12 weeks to get the full benefit of the program and build lasting skills and habits.

💚 Pay What You Can — Everyone Is Welcome

We don't want finances to be a barrier to participation. There is no required fee. A suggested contribution is $15–$25 per class, which you can pay as you go or contribute for the entire 12-week series.

Give what you can—whether that's $15, $25, more, less, or nothing at all. Everyone is welcome.

100% of contributions support food sampling for the program and the Dream School of the Arts after-school program.

Dream School of the Arts is a free after-school program for 4th–5th grade students in San Diego's Normal Heights community. Its mission is to support the whole child through Arts Enrichment, Healthy Living, and Academic Support, providing opportunities for students to learn, create, grow, and thrive.
