Level Two Improv: Fundamentals of Improvised Scenes

Students will learn to create scenes using object work, agreement, and using specific dialogue to create a grounded base reality for their scenes. Students will be introduced to the fundamentals of long form scene work with a focus on solid two person scenes. This class includes a student showcase. The prerequisite for this class is Level 1 at Stomping Ground or completion of another improv training program.

• Creating & Maintaining an Environment on Stage
• Strategies of Initiation
• Emotional Jumping & Justifying
• Truth in Comedy & The Armando

Sundays, 1-3:30PM

Seven weeks, starting October 18 (this class skips 11/22 for Thanksgiving break)
