About Stephen Cracchiolo:

Stephen Cracchiolo joined the Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars hospitality team in July 2018 as a seasonal Wine Educator, expecting a brief summer role. Instead, he quickly developed a deep connection to the winery and its legacy—one that would shape his career. Stephen quickly secured a permanent position and, over the following years, rose through the ranks from Tasting Room Lead to Supervisor, ultimately became Hospitality Manager in September 2022.

In this role, he oversaw the tasting room, curated and hosted elevated guest experiences, and collaborated cross functionally while immersing himself in the estate’s culture and craft. Recently, Stephen transitioned to a role as a Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars Ambassador. In this capacity, he travels nationwide, leading wine dinners and events, and is passionate about sharing the winery’s history, estate, and winemaking philosophy with both industry professionals and devoted wine enthusiasts.
