Join us for a beautiful Autumn Equinox Cacao Ceremony — an intimate evening created to help you slow down, turn inward and reconnect as we move into a new season. 🍂🤎

The Autumn Equinox is a time of balance and transition — an opportunity to reflect on what we’re ready to release and create space for what we would like to welcome into our lives.

We’ll begin by sharing ceremonial cacao, traditionally used as a heart-opening plant medicine, before settling into meditation, breathwork and gentle reflection.

One of the special parts of the evening will be a guided meditation to meet your Power Animal — a symbolic inner journey inviting you to connect with the qualities, wisdom and guidance your animal may represent for you.

During our time together, we’ll explore:
