Do I need to stay at the hotel to buys a pass?

Accepted Answer

No, these passes are for non-hotel guests.  Hotel Guests still have access to the pool during their stay.

Are there Life guards on duty?

Accepted Answer

No. While the hotel has team members who are qualified in first aid, the pool is not supervised by lifeguards. Guests use the pool at their own risk, and children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

Question 3

Where do I check in for the event?

Accepted Answer

Please report to the Front Desk, located on the ground floor, to register all guests attending the event. As this is a ticketed event, additional tickets are not available for purchase at the check-in desk. Guests must have a valid pre-purchased ticket to attend.

Question 4

Can I order food and drinks from the pool area?

Accepted Answer

Yes, QR code ordering is available from the pool area and includes a selection of food, beverages, and alcoholic drinks. Please note that external food and catering are not permitted. Be sure to keep an eye on our upcoming Summer Events Calendar
