<h3>Description</h3><p>Bright, bold, and bountiful, the season’s most colorful vegetables have earned the right to take center stage. Whether you’re a vegetarian or just want to get a rainbow of fruits and vegetables on your plate, our menu holds some exciting inspiration by way of Italy.</p><p>You’ll learn how to coax out peak sweetness from ripe heirloom tomatoes, simmer a nourishing escarole and white bean soup, and layer a beautifully hearty lasagna. As a zesty finale, we’ll flaunt the tangy sweetness of freshly squeezed oranges in a Sicilian-inspired tart.</p><p>You will be working in a small group. For ages 18 and up. 21 or older? You’ll enjoy a glass of wine paired with your meal.</p>
