Join us as we release the old and make way for the new!
The equinox is a natural checkpoint, a good moment to ask what you're still carrying that the last season doesn't need anymore.
We'll use guided inner work and intention-based cord cutting to work with the subconscious, ease emotional charge, and strengthen boundaries. This isn't about cutting people out or forcing closure, it's about loosening the grip of what's been weighing you down so you can head into fall lighter.
About your hosts:
Jordan Wolan will lead the cord cutting ritual to help you release ties to people, patterns, or old versions of yourself so you can step into what's next.

Sharzad Shoraka will be serving hapé, a traditional sacred tobacco that may be incorporated to support clarity, grounding, and focused presence. (Optional)
