Feeling stressed, depleted, overstimulated—or craving nourishing touch, deeper connection, and an opportunity to simply receive?

The Tantric Reset is an experiential journey designed to bring you out of the noise of everyday life and back into relationship with your energy and body.

Rather than simply talking about Tantra, we invite you to experience it.

Through a guided group activation you will explore Tantric breathwork, energy movement, sound, and sacred touch facilitated by Gina Marie and Aly Light.

You’ll explore new ways of working with your breath, awareness, sensation, and energetic body while being supported in slowing down and receiving.

This experience offers a glimpse into elements of the work we explore within our private Tantra sessions, in an intimate group setting.

If you’ve been curious about Tantra, our work, or what a private experience could hold, this is an opportunity to experience some of it firsthand and bring your questions into the space.

Come curious. Come tired. Come exactly as you are.

Give yourself an evening to reset, receive, and reconnect.

No previous Tantra experience is necessary. Come solo, with a partner, or with a friend. All practices and touch are optional and consent-based.

Wear comfortable clothing and bring water.

We recommend bringing a blanket and pillow or anything that will help you feel cozy during our 45-minute guided journey.

Mats and props will also be available at the studio. You’re welcome to bring a journal and pen for reflection.

Gina Marie is a holistic Tantra practitioner who weaves her knowledge of meditation, energy work, bodywork, mind-body awareness, somatic processing, sexology, sacred sexuality, emotional awareness, and trauma-informed practices to tend to the whole unique individual.

She has created her own methodology, Pleasure Alchemy designed to deepen connection to the body, awaken life-force energy, and support greater embodiment, liberation, pleasure, and intimacy.

Through her work, Gina supports individuals and couples in expanding their capacity for pleasure and intimacy, both with themselves and others, to create relationships and lives that feel authentic, connected, and fulfilling.

Gina offers private Tantra sessions, Shamanic breathwork journeys, Pleasure Alchemy, coaching, couples experiences, and group workshops throughout South Florida, with select offerings available online.
