Self-Confidence & Perfectionism at Work with Itzel Lusenti

Self-Confidence & Perfectionism at Work with Itzel Lusenti

Overview

Perfectionism and self-doubt don't just affect how we feel. They can shape how visible we are, how we communicate, the opportunities we pursue, and how confidently we navigate our careers.

Sound familiar? Join us for a dynamic session exploring self-confidence and perfectionism at work at the Commons Hub, conveniently located in the centre of Brussels.

This interactive workshop will be facilitated by Itzel Lusenti (MSc), a work psychologist who, after feeling exhausted by corporate life, began exploring how people can empower their careers. As founder of Meuf, Tu Gerès and as a Women in Tech Ambassador and Coach, Itzel now mentors women in male-dominated fields to help them gain influence and confidence in their careers.

Highlights:

  • Understand how perfectionism and self-doubt show up in your working life, and when they start holding you back;
  • Learn practical strategies to stop overthinking, manage self-doubt, and act with more confidence;
  • Explore how confidence affects visibility, communication and influence at work;
  • Leave with tools you can apply immediately in real workplace situations and everyday life.

Whether you're new to Belgium, navigating a new professional space, stepping into greater responsibility, or simply ready to feel more confident in your career, you'll find practical ideas you can apply immediately, and a supportive environment for sharing and exchange with women who are navigating similar challenges.

Light refreshments will be provided.

Only 15 places are available, so don’t hesitate to register and join us for a lively morning of growth, learning, and connection. Feel free to share or bring a friend.

We look forward to seeing you there.
