Bosch eBike Systems MY27 Dealer TECH Training Tampa, FL

New for our MY27 training season, Bosch eBike Systems is proud to present our inaugural Dealer Tech Certification, designed specifically for technical staff.

For those who have completed our Intro Training within the prior 12 months, we invite you to a deep dive, hands-on experience focused on service, helping you to understand diagnosis, troubleshooting, and effective resolution in extreme use case scenarios.

Using benchtop workstations, we will practice:

• Troubleshooting a variety of issues commonly seen in service
• Installing aftermarket updates such as lights, Bosch Connect Module, or eShift using our recommended approach
• Using the Diagnostic Tool 3 to streamline workflows and enact configuration changes as necessary for your customer's needs
• Determining component compatibility and identifying appropriate spare parts with the Bosch Partner Portal
• Spotting aftermarket upsell opportunities and other ways to grow service revenue
• Hands-on service processes using our newest technologies, including ABS and the Bosch Hub Line

This Technical Certification will award dealers access to the Bosch DiagnosticTool 3 for servicing smart system and Bosch eBike System 2 equipped bikes for 24 months and includes a voucher for the comprehensive Bosch Cross Swap Box for the smart system.
