Sauna at Hidden Beach / Cedar Lake East Beach

Your sauna session will consist of several self-guided hot & cold rounds. For many people, this will look like 10-20 minutes in the hot room, followed by a cool down outside. Your body will tell you when it’s time to move. We aim to keep the sauna a toasty 180 to 200°F.

• The sauna is parked by the beach, a short walk down the gravel path
• Sessions are 90 minutes long
• Each session is capped at 9 people
• Cold plunges are steps away in Cedar Lake
• Come ready to sauna or you can use our changing area
• The sauna is operated by a trained host. All you need to do is show up and enjoy!

What to bring:

• Bathing suit or light, comfortable clothing to wear in the sauna (required)
• Water bottle
• Towel to sit on
• Flip-flops to wear during cool downs

Health & Safety

Help us keep our community healthy by staying home if you’re feeling sick. We clean our benches and sanitize high touch surfaces between each session.

Please leave alcohol at home. It’s not permitted inside the sauna.

At 612 Sauna Cooperative our intention is to support a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive space to enjoy the health and community benefits of sauna.

We are aware of ourselves, each other, and our surroundings to ensure a safe environment for all sauna guests. We are aware of our own health and safety, and we are also aware of the health of other guests.

We and our guests believe that everyone is equally worthy of love, respect, and dignity. We believe that differences of race, age, culture, religion, politics, sexual orientation, gender, gender variance, body shapes and sizes, nationalities, (and beyond) are simply part of being human and all are welcome here.

Refund Policy

We are not able to offer refunds on cancelled bookings. If you cannot make your session for any reason, you are welcome to share your ticket with another sauna lover or sell it to someone else.

If you’ve booked the wrong date, we will do our best to move your reservations, however, we are not able to refund booking fees.
