Join Mumbai AI Learners for a practical workshop on AI × ESG: Business, Careers and Problems Worth Solving.

Whether you are a student, working professional, technologist, founder or simply curious about ESG, this session will unpack what Environmental, Social and Governance really means, why it increasingly matters to businesses, and where AI can solve some of its hardest problems. India is projected to generate 7.29 million green jobs by FY 2027–28, growing toward an estimated 35 million jobs by 2047 - hence ESG is going to be a rewarding career.

The session will feature:

Diya Sengupta - Strategy professional at Accenture, working at the intersection of Finance, Sustainability, Agentic AI, and Business Transformation.

Rashmi Birla - Founder & CEO of Enggauge Solutions, ex MSCI and J.P. Morgan, bringing the business, P&L, risk, capital and sustainability strategy perspective.

Shubham Barjibhe, PMP® - ESG professional at Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail, bringing hands on experience across Scope 3, carbon accounting, ESG technology and digital transformation.

What you will learn

This is a hands on workshop

You will work in teams on realistic business scenarios involving areas such as manufacturing, banking, fashion, real estate and AI companies.

Each team will identify an ESG challenge and explore:

• What problem needs to be solved
• Why the business should care
• What data would be required
• What AI could realistically do
• What humans should still control
• How success should be measured

The three speakers will bring different lenses to the exercise:
Can AI work reliably?
Does solving the problem create business value?
Can it actually be implemented inside a real organisation?

No prior knowledge of ESG is required.
