You will be learning about the OM Tuning Fork. The Sound of OM vibration is one of the quickest and most effective ways to communicate with our body's own healing system. Sound is a universal language that the body understands.

"The sound of OM has been used in India to tune instruments, and for deeper tranquility since the birth of meditation. It is the same sound the Earth makes in its annual trip around the sun. This sound brings the body back into balance and is very safe. Allow yourself to feel the sound and take you to a place of deeper relaxation."

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is an emotional version of acupuncture, except we don't use needles. We use a tapping process with our fingers for an effective way of healing unresolved emotional issues for physical, emotional, and performance issues. Using EFT is a tool to get you from limiting beliefs by "tuning in" to specific issues while stimulating meridian points, and bringing you from an out-of-balance state to balance homeostasis, so you can live with more peace, freedom, and inner harmony.

Both techniques are simple and effective by using these techniques you'll have easy and simple methods of healing at your fingertips. Start today by having these tools in your toolbox. Bring your own tuning fork or purchase one in the gift shop. Bring a writing tablet/pen. Demonstrations techniques will be given.
