Founders and investors on what a raise actually takes.

This panel is about that version of fundraising.

We're bringing active investors together with founders who've raised to talk openly about how rounds actually come together. What investors are really weighing once the deck is closed. How founders who've been through it read a rejection, a slow no, or a term sheet that looks better than it is. Where the leverage sits, and where founders quietly give it away.

We'll also get into what's changing right now: how the funding landscape looks different across sectors and stages, what's getting funded, and how founders are adjusting how much they raise, when, and from whom. The conversation stays close to what investors and founders in Bengaluru are seeing for themselves.
