Join Katie for morning yoga + sound meditation surrounded by natural light and plants inside the lush greenhouse at Grow + Gather.
Begin your mornings practicing yoga and relaxing with a sound bath, in one of Englewood's most unique community spaces.
These sessions are offered to encourage you to move, breathe and practice at your own pace.
