Question 1

Who is this for?

Accepted Answer

The Evolve Women's Summit is for women and nonbinary founders, CEOs, budding entrepreneurs, and creators - anyone building a career or business on their own terms. If you're looking to lead with more intention, more audacity, and just want to do the damn thing, this day is built for you.

Question 2

What's included with my ticket?

Accepted Answer

3+ deep-dive sessions on vision, values, and tactics to move you forward in your life and career/business
Access to 6+ professional speakers and panelists
Coffee and breakfast
A discounted lunch ticket and access to happy hour
A swag bag of local women-owned business goodies
A curated connection Pod

Question 3

What is this "Pod" and how am I assigned to one?

Accepted Answer

A Pod is a small group of 6-8 women you'll connect with during the day and, ideally, well after it. Pods are thoughtfully assigned based on the responses you provide in a short registration form you'll complete after purchasing your ticket on where you're at and what you're looking for.

Question 4

What are the breakout tracks, and how do I pick?

Accepted Answer

There are three tracks: Life Design, Negotiation & Advocacy, and Zone of Genius Business Building. Each track runs twice during the day, so you'll get to attend two of the three; no need to choose in advance. You'll indicate your preferences on the same post-purchase registration form used for Pod

Question 5

Where is the event?

Accepted Answer

TARRA, 865 Albion St Ste 250, Denver, CO 80220. Street parking and covered garage parking is available.

Question 6

How much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Early Bird pricing is $147 through September 15. After that, tickets are $247. Space is limited, so we'd encourage registering early both for the savings and to make sure you have a seat.

Question 7

What meals are included?

Accepted Answer

Breakfast, coffee, and happy hour are included in your ticket. Lunch is on your own, although you're encouraged to attend alongside your pod.

Question 8

Can I bring a guest?

Accepted Answer

General admission tickets are per person. Email us for group rates of 4+ people attending together.

Question 9

What should I wear?

Accepted Answer

Come as you are, this isn't a black-tie affair. Business casual to casual is perfectly fine; you'll be sitting, moving between rooms, and doing real work, so comfort matters more than formality.

Question 10

Are refunds offered?

Accepted Answer

We offer allow you to transfer your ticket up to 30 days beforehand; no refunds beyond that, but you may transfer your ticket to another person.

Question 11

How can I connect with my Pod beyond the event?

Accepted Answer

Your Pod is designed to be a standing circle, not a one-day connection: how you stay in touch afterward is up to your group, but we'll send a few prompts to help it get started.
