Contact Improv
Explore contemporary dance through connection, weight sharing, momentum, and spontaneous partnering. Develop body awareness, trust, and creativity while learning to respond and move together in the moment. No partner needed.

Returning students, please register for your drop-in class or membership at DanceArtsMiami.com or in person. We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early so we can get you checked in and ready to enjoy class!
