Harmonic Glowing: Kirkland Immersive Sensory Sound Bath December Reflection
Looking for things to do in Kirkland? Join December Reflection sound bath for date night, girls night out, group event or solo relaxation
Join me at Studio East in Kirkland for this month's relaxing and restorative soundscape journey for December: Reflect & Release - a signature auditory experience designed to ease you into meditation and stillness.
This month's sensory sound bath is about pausing to reflect on the past year. To notice the milestone events that occured or the personal growth we've experienced.
What were the events, thought patterns, or behaviors that didn't serve us to our highest good?
What can we choose to release and let go of and leave behind in 2026?
What can we make space for and invite into our lives for personal growth and abundance in 2027?
What would you like to manifest or call into being?
It can be as simple as asking for more awareness for your own needs for downtime, self care, and personal interests.
I'm happy to announce another collaboration session for December with my good friend Holly of HAP Organizing Solutions!
Holly is a life coach helping people tackle and organize the paper clutter taking up physical and mental space. Holly's belief that organizing is a form of self-care informs her approach to coaching her clients. By clearing the papers and clutter off your desk, you create more space for the things that truly matter to you and light you up.
Holly will be joining us this session to introduce her easy flowchart approach to tackling your dreaded paper piles. She'll also show you how and why physical clutter on our desks and in our homes affects our mental health and bandwidth.
In addition to a take-home reference chart, you'll also get a first look at Holly's upcoming self-love, celebration, and empowerment workshop called the 'Binder of Me'.
You'll leave this Reflect & Release sensory sound bath refreshed and ready to close out 2026 and embrace the new year!
Each month features a unique theme and intention, offering a new chapter in your personal journey of reflection and renewal.
You'll hear and feel the soft sounds and deep vibrations of gentle gongs, bronze and crystal bowls, chimes, harmonizing vocals, and other instruments as they wash over your body, lulling your mind into a state of restorative meditation.
Feel your cares dissipate as your body releases built up stress and tension and you melt away.
My soundscape journeys make for unique and relaxing date night ideas, girls night out, solo escapes, or team building events.
