Question 1

Will we be making focaccia from start to finish?

Accepted Answer

The workshop will start with pre-made dough because focaccia dough has to sit before it can be baked. This will leave us with enough time to flavor our loaves with fresh toppings and bake them. But don’t worry! You will get a full focaccia lesson from Chef Sierra.

Question 2

Do you use this focaccia recipe at Fox Point?

Accepted Answer

The recipe and techniques you will learn are the recipe and techniques we use for our focaccia, which is used for our sandwiches and toasts, and is available for sale in Harvest Market.

Question 3

Who is Chef Sierra?

Accepted Answer

Chef Sierra is the head pastry chef of Fox Point Bakehouse, the person responsible for exciting seasonal pastry launches in Harvest Market and our bread program. She started her culinary career in 2020 and has developed an eye for creative recipes and building dietary-friendly options.

Question 4

Where should we park?

Accepted Answer

Some nights are busier than others. Arrive early to secure a spot in our parking lot. Additional parking will be available only on Paseo de las Flores, the first left side street after crossing Leucadia Blvd on Quail Gardens Rd—a 7-10 minute walk to our property. Walkers enjoy 10% off when here.
