Haunted Flashlight Tours and Mini Ghost Hunt of the KS State Penitentiary

Come join Apex Paranormal for the first ever flashlight ghost tours at the amazing Kansas State Pen. Opened in 1868, the KSP has served as the site for all executions in the state of Kansas the Clutter Family murderers made famous in Truman Capote's book "In Cold Blood". . This does remain an active prison with newer buildings on the backside still in use and the state's only current execution chamber (lethal injection) still on site.

During these flashlight tours we will explore 5 areas of the prison: the Auditorium, the Cafeteria, Cell House D, Cell House A, and Cell House C the segregation unit. This event will be led by real paranormal investigators who will share their experiences hunting for ghosts inside the building as well as reported ghost stories around the buildings. Following the tour, we will conduct a brief (~30 mins) ghost hunt of the location!

This event will run 1.5 hours long.

This is a 12+ years old event.

Please wear comfortable shoes and clothing as you will be walking throughout all buildings, including stairs and walking outside between the buildings. The buildings are NOT climate controlled.

Refunds may only be issued up to 2 weeks ahead of the scheduled event.

Feel free to bring ghost hunting equipment if you'd like and we encourage video and photos throughout the tours. Apex will also provide equipment for use.
