AAREP LA presents 'Housing as Infrastructure: Capital, Scale & Talent'

The conversation will feature leaders from across the affordable housing ecosystem, including perspectives on acquisitions, capital raising, and operations, with a focus on April Housing’s work and the formation of Bright Haven Property Management.

Attendees will gain insight into how innovative capital, real estate platforms, and public-private partnerships can support long-term affordability while creating value for communities and investors.
