Viva la Vida: Painting with Paper

Viva la Vida: Painting with Paper

Overview

The National Museum of Mexican Art in collaboration with Mather present Viva la Vida, a monthly workshop series tailored for adults 55+!

Adults ages 55+ are invited to join us for an immersive experience in the galleries, followed by an art-making activity. This month, we will highlight Xochicago: Floating Gardens of the Chicago River and México. In this workshop, we will explore using bleeding tissue paper activated when wet to create abstract watercolor-inspired designs.

Coffee and treats from local establishments will be provided. This program is free, but registration is required. If you have any questions, please contact angela@nationalmuseumofmexicanart.org.

Este mes, destacamos Xochicago: Floating Gardens of the Chicago River and México.
