Climate Week Panel Series hosted by AP & APFJ - VIP Admission

On behalf of the Associated Press (AP) & the AP Fund for Journalism (APFJ), we are delighted to invite you to a New York Climate Week event on Thursday, Sept. 24 9:00am-12:00pm. Through a roundtable discussion, a networking session, and two panels, the event will bring together journalists and communicators, funders, and climate experts to explore the role of independent, facts-based journalism in shaping the global climate conversation.

The roundtable will feature some of the world’s best communicators from Project Drawdown, Yale Program on Climate Communications, Potential Energy Coalition, and Talking Climate Collaborative share their experiences on how we talk about climate change. This roundtable will be followed by two panels will feature AP journalists and philanthropy representatives discussing how the Iran war has catalyzed the green energy transition and people’s relationship to nature.
