Absolutely! Class is designed with all levels in mind. No experience needed.

While this is a gentle practice, we recommend talking with your doctor or OBGYN first, especially if you are starting something new. Your activity levels prior to and during pregnancy play a role in determining what is appropriate for you. Your doctor will be able to provide the best recommendation.

If you are unable to attend after purchasing a ticket, please note that refunds are not available. That being said, we do allow ticket exchange's valid up to two months after your original event . Please email soulfulsistercollective@gmail.com for rescheduling.
