COVID POLICY: No refund or credit will be provided if the ticket holder or anyone in their party cannot attend due to COVID-19 or a related variant. Do not attend if you have symptoms, have tested positive, or are required to isolate.

SUPPORT: By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you have received and agreed to these policies. This Purchase Policy is a binding agreement between the ticket purchaser and the Promoter.

EVENT CANCELLATION: If the event is canceled, only the face value of the ticket will be refunded.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, you release the Promoter, its owners, officers, employees, and agents from claims arising from your attendance or participation, including personal injury or property damage, to the extent permitted by law.

INDEMNITY: Ticket purchasers agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Promoter and its representatives from applicable claims, damages, losses, expenses, and reasonable legal fees arising from their participation.

ARBITRATION: Any legal dispute against the Promoter will be resolved through arbitration in Los Angeles County, California.

MEDIA RELEASE: By attending the event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded, and grant BIH Events, MVM, and their partners the right to use your likeness for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.

SEVERABILITY: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
