Join Beyond Yoga and Stakt at our Club Beyond studio for a 45 min Pilates Sculpt.
45 min Pilates Sculpt
A high-rep, low-impact sculpt class that pairs Pilates control with sculpt-style isolation work. Using light hand weights and your own body weight, we'll move through slow, targeted sequences for every muscle group. Expect deep burns, small pulsing ranges of motion, and full-body integration. You'll build lean strength and endurance while maintaining breath and core engagement. Modifications are offered throughout, and all levels are welcome!
