Our Student Ambassadors are cooking up a special dinner, and you are invited!
Please arrive promptly at 5:00 p.m.
Appetizer: Fairytale Produce Salad: Roasted fairytale eggplant & delicata squash, heirloom tomatoes, crispy quinoa, Easter egg radish, herbed ricotta
Entree: Choice of Rainbow Trout or Lamb Rack, each served with saffron pasta, fortified beurre monte, and seasonal vegetables
Dessert: Zucchini olive oil cake, whipped creme fraiche, lemon gelee & candied almond
