New Moon in Libra Journaling, Meditation & Floating Sound Bath

Join us on October 10 for a magical evening of reflection, intention setting, meditation, and sound healing under the energy of the New Moon in Libra.

Libra invites us to restore balance, cultivate harmony, strengthen our relationships, and create greater alignment between our inner world and the life we are building. Together, we will explore what feels balanced, what may need to be released, and which intentions we are ready to carry into this new lunar cycle.

The date 10/10 is often viewed spiritually as a powerful portal for completion, transformation, new beginnings, and aligned manifestation. This meaningful energy creates a beautiful opportunity to close old chapters and intentionally step toward the next version of yourself.

Kayla McCormick, Private Yin Yoga Instructor, will begin the evening with guided journaling and meditation, offering space to slow down, connect inward, and plant your New Moon intentions.

Sylvia Darigis, Yoga Therapist and Sound Healer, will then guide you into a deeply restorative floating sound bath. Allow yourself to surrender as the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, ocean drum, and other healing instruments move across the water and support a state of relaxation, release, and renewal.
