MADE by Makena Rae Signature
A high-energy, 60 minute athletic-forward sculpt class that progressively blends strength, cardio and sculpt into one full-body workout, built around Makena’s signature MADE Method. Using 3–15 lb weights and resistance bands, the class moves through dynamic sequences, high reps and controlled resistance designed to build lean muscle, increase stamina and strengthen every major muscle group. Clean, strong and built to keep you moving.
All attendees will receive a voucher for a FREE Featherweight Rebalance Tank in Cloud White or All In Active Men's Tee in Crisp White. You will have until October 12th 2026 to redeem the voucher. We can’t wait to see you there!
