Because grief is part of being human. Come as you are for an evening of connection, honest conversation, gentle reflection and maybe even a little laughter.

Grief changes the landscape of our lives, re-writes the stories we were living in and moves us onto new paths to navigate. In our time together we are invited to feel, listen, explore and care for ourselves compassionately as we work with embodied practices. We are guided in this time of transformation to connect to the timeless wisdoms of grief to support our lives and purpose.

Day of the Dead

This is a special month to honor those who have passed with our Day of the Dead Altar. You are invited to bring photos of those you love to be honored in our community altar.

Join Mental Health Therapist, Grief Guide, Movement and Sound Artist Liziah Elizabeth for a trauma informed embodied exploration of grief and transformation. With all levels yoga and dance, meditation, sharing circle, sound healing reflection, and rest, we invite our grief stories, our changed lives, who or what has died, to be felt, expressed, witnessed and supported.

Please wear comfortable clothing for movement, bring a journal, an item for the group alter, water bottle, and any other comfort items to stay with you through the experience.
