Can I make dietary requests?

This is a set Afternoon Tea menu and substitutions may be limited. Due to the variety of items served, we may not be able to accommodate gluten-free, vegan, or other dietary requirements.

Can I add extra people at the last minute when we arrive?

Unfortunately, no. We have limited space at the venue, and all food will be prepared based on the number of tickets booked in advance. For this reason, we’re unable to accommodate additional guests on the day.

Please make sure everyone in your party has a ticket before arriving.

Question 3

Will I be able to make purchases in the store during the event?

Accepted Answer

Yes! The store will remain open for guests who have purchased tickets to the Afternoon Tea. You’ll be welcome to browse and make purchases during the event, although our primary focus will be on providing you with a great Afternoon Tea experience.

Question 4

What are the arrival and seating requirements for Afternoon Tea?

Accepted Answer

Afternoon Tea is served between 3–5 PM. Please arrive within 15 minutes of your start time. Reservations are held for 15 minutes unless prior arrangements are made. Late arrivals may forfeit their reservation. Your booking includes a 2-hour seating.
