Join us at HapBE Valley — an equine and wellness retreat center surrounded by rolling pastures and majestic mountains, 15 minutes from downtown Asheville — for an evening under the New Moon in Virgo.
We'll begin with 15 minutes of gentle movement and breath to settle the body, then surrender into a 60-minute sound bath with singing bowls, gongs, tongue drums, and koshi chimes, closing with a brief meditation to seal in the stillness.
This new moon carries an energy of discernment, an invitation to notice what's ready to be released and make space for what's next. Open to everybody, no experience needed. Come as you are, tired or wired or somewhere in between.
We'll provide a thick foam sound bath mat, cushions, and blankets — bring your own if you prefer, and just wear something comfortable and bring your water bottle.
