Our main speaker, Ruxandra Laura Bosilca, PhD, SCMP, will explore how senior communications leaders can step out of reactive mode and focus more of their time and expertise on the work that matters most.

Drawing on 14 years of communications leadership across four countries, Ruxandra will share how to connect communications more closely to business priorities, bring stakeholder and reputation considerations into important decisions, and make the value of the function clearer to senior leaders.

She will also introduce her LEADER Framework™, a practical approach to setting priorities, building credibility, and helping communications make a stronger contribution to the business.

We are also delighted to welcome Monique Zytnik, who will open the evening with a short perspective before Ruxandra’s keynote.

Monique is an award winning communication leader, IABC Board Director, and author of Internal Communication in the Age of Artificial Intelligence. She will help set the scene for the wider conversation about the evolving role and expectations of communications leaders.
