Artist Trading Cards

Artist Trading Cards have been around for over 30 years. Its a great way for those with artistic inclination to gather, create, trade art and have fun! The name of the game is very simple. Any medium is fair game so long as the pieces are 2.5" x 3.5" (official trading card size). These can be small paintings, collage, fabric textures, pen and ink drawings, visual journaling, calligraphy, thin relief pieces, or anything the artist can manage in a short amount of time. BASIC supplies will be provided (blank cards, markers, pens, colored pencils, a few piles of craft and colored papers, magazine clippings, stickers, glue, scissors and any other miscellaneous odds and ends we may use). Patrons are also encouraged to bring their own materials as well but it's not required. Cards made ahead of time are perfectly fine as well. The more cards you have the more you can trade.

This workshop would be geared towards a 15+ audience interested in visual arts. They can be beginners or professional in experience to participate.
