These mantras come from Vinny's ancestral lineage rooted in ancient Asia. They are compassionate prayers for all beings to be at peace and free from suffering. They can bring cleansing to the mind, purity within the heart, and awakening to one's spirit. 1-1.5hr Session will consist of a 45-1hr Mantra Meditation concluding with a spiritual conversation at the end.. People can stay or leave during that time. Those that stay we can discuss any topic in spirituality. We say that understanding through deep conversations can awaken our mind and heart.

Vinny Huynh is the last dharma lineage holder within his family ancestors in what most know as Buddhism. This is an ancient practice and understanding that is usually only done in private. Vinny is sharing openly because he believes the world needs as much contribution to peace and understanding, to wipe away our blindfold that keeps us from being our true nature of compassion and wisdom.
