Together we'll explore the differences between hospice and palliative care, when each may be appropriate, and the vital role of hospice volunteers. You'll hear stories from local volunteers, learn about opportunities to become involved here in the Napa Valley, and discover how simple acts of compassion can make a profound difference. Sometimes the greatest gift we can offer another person isn't having the right words or the right answers. It's simply our presence.
