Join me in December at Deutser Studios, Houston’s newest home for local artists and their art where we will walk the halls to look at the beautiful art and write from prompts that I created to push your writing to another level. We will think about ways of looking at words and art differently (you won’t know how until you get your prompts. He He.). After we have had time to look around and write, we will talk about what we found and, for those who would like to, share our work.
Art in the A.M. is not just for writers. Visual artists are welcome to come and sketch, photograph, or whatever the prompt inspires them to do.
