YOUR FACILITATORS

Louise Domingues — Executive Advisor and Managing Director of RHF Talents International (Ireland & UK). Louise has trained over five thousand professionals across her career, including inside global technology companies such as Meta and TikTok, and through her work in the Irish public sector.

Breda McCague — Award-winning global motivational and TED speaker and an accredited emotional intelligence practitioner. Breda spent twenty years in the Irish Defence Forces, rising to become her unit's first female officer.

Joseph McGuire — Behavioural profiler and executive advisor with nearly forty years' experience decoding the signals that drive business outcomes, advising founders and leaders through high-stakes hires and negotiations.

Rodrigo Ternevoy — Brazilian and Irish actor, best known as Cristiano San Martin in RTÉ's Fair City, with international screen credits across Netflix, Disney+ and Hallmark. He brings the techniques actors use to create presence and impact into the professional room.
