How do I sign up family or friends to volunteer with me?

Accepted Answer

Each volunteer must sign up individually using their own name, email address, phone number, and ZIP code. Volunteer spots are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

How do I sign up a group to serve at this event?

Accepted Answer

For groups of 5 or more volunteers, or if multiple volunteers will be registering with the same email address or phone number, please email info@loopevents.org for assistance.

Question 3

Will I receive a free ticket to the event?

Accepted Answer

Volunteering does not include a ticketed seat for the event. However, when possible, we'll do our best to give volunteers opportunities to watch parts of the show.

Question 4

What happens if I am late for my arrival time?

Accepted Answer

If you arrive after your designated arrival time, you may not be able to participate in your volunteer shift. Our on-site reps will be focused on volunteer training and will be unable to respond to messages. As a result, venue access cannot be guaranteed. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early.

How will I know where to go or who my contact is?

Once you're signed up, we'll keep you updated via email and text message. On the day of the show, you will receive arrival instructions, entrance details, and contact information for your on-site representative.
