Created by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, NetSmartz Internet Safety for Adults provides parents, caregivers, and other adults with knowledge and tools to help safeguard youth online.

NetSmartz Digital Safety for Parents of Young Children is a practical, engaging workshop that helps caregivers build a strong foundation for healthy online habits with young children. Parents learn how to introduce technology in age-appropriate ways, start simple conversations about safe vs. unsafe online behaviors, and teach children what to do if they encounter something confusing or scary online. The session provides easy conversation starters, family tech-rule ideas, resources to help you choose safe apps and settings, and an overview of helpful tools such as parental controls, safe search, and content filters. Participants leave with practical strategies and confidence to support safe, positive digital experiences for their children. (Recommended for parents of children ages 2-9 years of age.)
