How much does it cost and do I need a ticket to attend?  Can I pay at the gate?

$10 per person and Yes! Yes, if you do not have a ticket you can purchase one at the gate. We will have cash and credit card options.  We prefer cash  and exact change.  If you have 5 people in your vehicle have $50 ready!

Are you dog friendly?

Accepted Answer

Yes.  Dog must be on leash.  You must clean up after your dog.  You are liable for any negative interaction with guests or other dogs.  Dog's that regularly bark are not welcome.  Everyone is entitled to a fun experience.

Can I bring a chair, umbrella, beach ball, or blanket?

Yes.

Can I bring my own water? Will you have water stations to refill water bottles?

Yes. Yes, at no charge.  We will also be selling bottled water at all locations.

Can I bring a cooler?

No. Nice sweet and simple!

Is outside alcohol permited?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely not.  It's illegal and a liability for an establishment with a liquor permit to allow outside alcohol.  Unlike many venues we do not double or triple the cost of alcohol. We have a great selection of reasonably priced adult beverages and the income is how we pay our staff and event costs.

Is there camping?

Yes, you can find Carriage House Farm at zip code 45052 in the HipCamp app or online.  For a $5 fee you can camp in your van, camper, or popup tent/pick-up overnight.  Just tell the front gate people that you plan on camping.

Is there food?

Accepted Answer

Yes, Lost Bridge Beverage has an outdoor kitchen that will be serving food with options for vegans and vegetarians.  There will be two locations to place a food order and single pick up location.  There will be two free water locations.  There will be two locations purchase alcohol.

Bathrooms?

We will have two flush toilets and sinks inside the main barn and tasting room, two portolets on the terrace.  There will be one 2 portoleta at the back of the event field.

Is this event kid friendly?

We have a variety of non-alcoholic drinks, great food, and its outdoors. As a parent only you can decide if an event such as this is appropriate for your child. Any child under the age of 18 needs to be accompanied by an adult.

Are you handicap accessible?

Accepted Answer

Yes, to a degree.  We have an ADA complaint bathroom and we highly recommend making use of our upper terrace fire pit areas and main patio for those not able to access to the grass field or make the climb up and down for food and beverages.

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

We allow refunds up to 7 days prior to the event.  After that it's old school!  Sell your ticket or give it to someone.

Are there any other rules I should know about?

Sure!  No firearms are allowed on the premise during large events such as this.  No fireworks. Be friendly.  Be kind.  Help others.  Have fun!
