About the Organizer

Joshua Odmark is a DC based real estate investor, Realtor, market analyst, and hospitality entrepreneur. Over the past year, he has helped place more than $30 million of investor capital into short-term rental and hospitality assets across the country (many of which in Phoenix). His firm, Odmark Realty, specializes in helping investors identify, analyze, and acquire income-producing real estate opportunities while providing the market insights and guidance needed to make confident investment decisions.

Drawing on a background in executive hospitality, Josh created Investor Dinner Club around a simple belief: some of the best conversations—and the best opportunities—happen around the dinner table.
