31st Annual State Fair Klassic Tailgate

The Dallas (TX) Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., proudly presents the 31st Annual State Fair Klassic Tailgate – the ultimate tradition of fellowship, culture, and celebration in Dallas!

This signature event is held alongside the 101st anniversary of the State Fair Classic, featuring the Prairie View A&M vs. Grambling State University football game at the State Fair of Texas. This Tailgate experience draws thousands of attendees each year.

Complimentary General Admission

General admission to the 31st Annual State Fair Klassik Tailgate is complimentary and open to the public. Come-and-go throughout the day. Stop by when you can and stay as long as you’d like during event hours.

RSVP through Eventbrite is encouraged, but not required, for general admission.

RSVPing helps the Dallas (TX) Alumni Chapter better understand attendance, plan for future events, and keep you informed about the event.

Kool Out Zone Reserved Kovered Seating

Guests who want a seat within our designated covered seating area may purchase Reserved Covered Seating in advance through Eventbrite.

• Covered seating out of the sun
• One complimentary beverage voucher
• A Reserved Covered Seating ticket is required for access to the designated reserved covered seating area

Throughout the day, enjoy a variety of food vendors, merchandise, paraphernalia, and other local vendors offering something for everyone.

Food and merchandise will be available for purchase directly from participating vendors.

• Not allowed within the tent: no smoking, vaping, lawn chairs, no coolers, nor outside tables.
• The covered seating area designed as a shared hospitality space for guests. Promotional signage, flyers, or marketing materials are not allowed inside the tent or on VIP tables.
