Refill Your Energy Fall Equinox Sound Bath

Welcome fall with deep relaxation and community at the Refill Your Energy Sound Bath. Held at the beautiful Denver refillery, JOY FILL. As we welcome the new season, nature reminds us how to release what no longer serves. No physical activity will be asked of you, and no meditation experience is necessary.

Sound bath meditations are designed to lower the brainwave state and bring the receiver into deep relaxation. Sound baths help reduce stress, improve sleep, release suppressed emotions, and balance energy. Participants get comfortable on a blanket or yoga mat, and are led through a grounding breathing exercise and guided meditation. The rest of the hour is filled with the healing frequencies of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, drums, shakers, and a gong.

Participants are encouraged to bring blankets, pillows, yoga mats, eye masks, etc. to make themselves as comfortable as possible for the session. Please arrive 5-15min before the start time to create and settle into your comfy space.

About the practitioner: My name is Amber. I am a ceritifed sound healing and frequency practitioner. I received my initial training in 2022 with the Sanctorum Ecovillage, and my diploma in sound healing from the Academy of Sound Healing in 2025. I use an intentional process to safely lower the brainwave state and bring the receiver into their parasympathetic nervous system. My intention is to create safe healing spaces, where sound is the container for transformation. I feel very passionate about helping people practice deep relaxation, as I have seen the benefits that ripple from releasing stress.
