What becomes possible when a woman no longer has to abandon herself to create a meaningful, sustainable life?
So many women have learned to survive by working harder, carrying more, pushing through, and putting themselves last. We learn to hide the scars of survival, call exhaustion strength, and measure our worth by how much we can accomplish, endure, or hold together.
It’s time for a revival.
Join Affirmation Artist Toni Jones at Oyun Botanical Gardens, Atlanta’s hidden gem in nature, for a modern-day women’s revival—a restorative experience for women ready to question the ways we have been taught to live and reconnect with a way of being that feels more whole, nourishing, and true.
This gathering creates space to release ways of living shaped by:
- Patriarchy and expectations of what a woman should be
- Overworking, overgiving, and self-abandonment
- Suffering as proof of strength
- Dependence on romantic validation
- Constant convenience and disconnection from natural rhythms
- Colonial definitions of success, productivity, and worth
What to Expect
Throughout the experience, we will move between nature, music, prayer, movement, rest, reflection, nourishment, and conversation.
Your experience will include:
- A guided tour of Oyun Botanical Gardens
- Affirmation music with Toni Jones
- Prayer led by Queen Yenn
- Gentle stretching and intentional movement
- An immersive affirmation sound bath
- Guided reflection and intentional self-talk
- A rosewater communion
- Delicious brunch and refreshments
- Herbal bouquets and anointing oil
- A fireside conversation with respected community elder Yvonne Rosegarden
- Sacred space to release, receive, reconnect, and revive
Come As You Are
You do not need to be a certain type of spiritual or “divine feminine” woman to attend. You do not need experience with meditation, sound healing, prayer, or movement.
You only need a willingness to pause, listen, receive, and consider that there may be another way to live.
This is not a workshop about becoming a better-performing woman.
It is a revival for the woman beneath the performance. The woman who existed before she learned that her value was measured by how much she could carry. The woman who deserves a life that does not require her to constantly abandon herself in order to maintain it. Come as you are.
Leave remembering who you have always been.
