About this event
Get your American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) training with Cornerstone Family Resource Center (CFRC).
This instructor-led, hands-on course is designed for healthcare professionals and others who need BLS training for employment, school, or professional requirements.
Participants will practice essential lifesaving skills, including:
- High-quality CPR for adults, children, and infants
- Use of an automated external defibrillator (AED)
- Recognition and response to cardiac emergencies
- Relief of choking
- Single-rescuer and team-based BLS skills

Class Size: Maximum 9 students
Advance registration is required because seating is limited.
Participants should arrive approximately 10–15 minutes early so the class can begin promptly.
