Mother On Mic | Fall Edition

Mother on Mic is back again! Join us for another open mic style evening of unfiltered and unpolished stories told on stage about the wild, raw, tender, hilarious, heartbreaking and often absurd ride that is mothering and being mothered. You don't have to be a mother to attend or share — having a mother is enough!

Bring your journals, group chats, voice memos, poems, essays, first drafts and works in progress. We’ll laugh, cry, scream, breathe, howl — together! All stories are welcome in this space for those who identify as women and nonbinary. You can just come to listen, too.

At Mother on Mic, we try our best to create space to connect with each other, so join us as early as 6PM to grab a refreshment and meet some awesome folks.

What to expect:

6 pm - Gather: mix, mingle and enjoy the bar.

7 pm - Stories: mic is open for 5 minute stories! Read or just listen.

9 pm - Goodbye, for now.
